"A New Year's resolution is something that goes in one YEAR and out the other."
~ Author Unknown ~
Funny but true. How many times have we made New Year's resolutions? It seems the tradition of breaking the resolutions has become the "norm" more than ever. Before we can even think of a new inventive way of changing ourselves for the upcoming new year, we've already resolved to break it. After many conversations with people, I've found that most of us seem to practice mid-year, mid-week and daily resolutions.

The question lies: why is the "NEW YEAR RESOLUTION" stigma so daunting? It's because as humans we are creatures of habit. But why do we subject ourselves to this personal torture?
The answer can be quite simple. It's because we always want better. We always want a fresh start. But why wait til the eve of the 365th day to make such a move. Why not resolve to make yourself happy and better everyday?
One day at a time--this is enough. I challenge you...Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering.

Celebrate Life... Celebrate Being Alive!
MAKE IT A GREAT YEAR!
